Job summary

Brookfield Properties seeks an Associate for the Capital Projects team in Atlanta. You will lead portfolio-wide capital expenditure reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate with Asset Management, FP&A and Accounting to ensure accurate project accounting.

You will engage across multiple assets, manage project data, and contribute to process improvements while traveling to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, construction management, engineering, or business.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, capital projects, asset management, or FP&A.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead portfolio-wide capital expenditure reporting and tracking.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze project performance, including variances and risks across multiple assets.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, FP&A, Dispositions and Accounting on reporting.
• Travel to project sites for meetings and site visits as needed.
