Washington County is seeking a Management Analyst I in the Capital Project Services Division to support budgeting, contracts, and grants within a busy county finance team.

You will process contracts and amendments, RFPs/ITBs/RFQs, bid openings, and grant-related work, while assisting with year-end external audits and budget preparation. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with two years of professional work experience in administrative, budgetary or financial analysis.
• OR four years of responsible work experience in administrative, operations, or related analyses.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Processing Contracts & Amendments including consultant contracts and intergovernmental agreements.
• Handling construction bid openings and change orders.
• Preparing RFPs, ITBs and RFQs; managing related documentation.
• Accounts receivable invoicing, deposits, refunds, and external audit support.
• Budget preparation support and financial problem analysis.
