Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant financial or accounting experience (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Knowledge of equipment and service procurement (preferred).
• Understanding of financial practices, principles, processes, and systems (preferably in a corporate environment).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet monthly closing and project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial gatekeeper for project revenues, costs, and margins.
• Provide project finance support, oversight, and analysis to local offices and the region.
• Ensure project setup in line with GAAP and finance guidelines.
• Review project forecasts and finalize revenue/cost recognition per GAAP.
• Prepare, review, and issue client invoices with timely collection coordination.
• Track project labor and expenses and advise on budget variations.
• Support month-end close and analyze KPIs and trends.
• Assist with proposals and training of junior project accountants.
