Amazon is seeking a finance-minded Program Manager to support capital planning operations within Tech Supply Chain's SCOPE portfolio. You will co-own the OP1/OP2 planning cycle, build business cases, and drive financial rigor across initiatives while exploring automation opportunities.
You will partner with cross-functional teams, shape investment trade-offs, and deliver governance and metrics that guide capital allocation. The role blends finance, program management, and process automation.
We are looking for a finance-minded Program Manager to support capital planning operations, co-own the annual operating plan (OP1/OP2) process, and contribute to broader strategic programs across the Technology Supply Chain (Tech-SC). This role sits at the intersection of finance, process automation, and program execution — you will support the capital appropriation request (CAR) process, help pull together business cases and OP entitlements, and provide the financial rigor that shapes how Tech-SC plans and allocates investment.
You do not need to be a career finance professional — but you should be comfortable with financial concepts, able to build a business case, and eager to grow into a role where financial analysis drives program decisions. This is not a passive reporting role: you will co-own the OP1/OP2 planning cycle alongside the Rhythm of the Business PM, help drive automation of capital planning processes, and execute on the cross-functional Supply Chain Organization Program Enablement (SCOPE) portfolio alongside the broader team. The specific balance of capital planning versus broader program work will be shaped with your manager based on team needs.

General Program Management
Your day blends financial analysis, program execution, and automation. You'll partner with SCOPE program owners to build business cases and size OP entitlements, support the CAR process alongside capital planning owners, and co-drive OP1/OP2 inputs with the Rhythm of the Business PM. You'll work across partner teams — helping them navigate intake and planning decisions. A recurring theme: finding where manual financial and planning work can be automated with AI, then building the agents and mechanisms to eliminate it. You'll operate with high visibility to senior Tech-SC leadership.
The Supply Chain Organization Program Enablement (SCOPE) team is the central program management and business operations function for Technology Supply Chain (Tech-SC). We coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage new business intake, and drive delivery assurance across our partner organizations supporting a $1B asset portfolio spanning Amazon Worldwide Stores and AWS infrastructure.
