Qualifications

• Zero to two years of accounting or finance-related experience typically required.
• Proficient with MS-Windows and related PC applications; learning automated data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand key business factors impacting capital planning; maintain knowledge of industry issues.
• Collect, aggregate, and analyze forecasted financials across the Bancorp.
• Document financial plans and analyses for senior management; improve report design as needed.
• Maintain existing schedules and reports; update information.
• Prepare and analyze reports for all lines of business and affiliates; investigate unusual items.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk and LOB personnel to support enterprise-wide capital planning.
• Work with CCAR central process teams to improve control environment and consistency.
• Support process improvement to drive sustainability in capital planning.
• Guide stress test participants in maintaining control documentation and templates.
• Verify compliance with risk management framework for capital planning.
