Qualifications

• Proficient with MS-Windows and related PC applications.
• Desire and ability to learn mainframe applications and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand and assist in identification of key business factors impacting SEC filings.
• Develop knowledge to keep current on accounting and banking issues; apply to SEC filings.
• Develop recommendations to improve disclosures and mitigate risks.
• Assist in execution of SEC filings and financial analysis.
• Prepare reports and analyze peer disclosures for trends.
• Maintain schedules and reports; update methodologies as business changes.
• Ensure SOX documentation and compliance for SEC filings.
• Participate in New General Ledger discussions to support SEC reporting needs.
