The Opportunity

We are expanding our global Capital Markets function and are seeking a select number of experienced professionals with a proven track record in fundraising, transactions execution and investor relationship development.

This is a genuinely global opportunity. We welcome applications from experienced professionals regardless of location, recognising that trusted investor relationships are built locally, while capital increasingly moves globally.

This is not an entry-level investor relations role. We are looking for individuals who have successfully brought capital to the table and can demonstrate a history of developing and converting investor relationships.

You have successfully raised capital and/or carried out deals before.

We are particularly interested in individuals who combine fundraising experience with strong regional networks and a deep understanding of their local markets.

Ideally, you can demonstrate:

• Investor relationships developed and converted;
• Successful fundraising and transaction mandates;
• Experience managing investor and buyer pipelines.

Compensation & Economics

Quatromine operates through an entrepreneurial participation model designed to maximise alignment between contribution and reward.

Unlike traditional firms, we aim to distribute the vast majority of platform economics to the professionals and teams who create them, while Quatromine retains only a modest share to build and support the platform. Our long-term objective is for approximately 90% of economics to flow back to the relevant value creators.

Participation may include:

• Success-based economics linked to fundraising and commercial outcomes;
• Participation in transaction and advisory mandates;
• Management fee, carry and broader platform participation, where applicable;
• The opportunity to build and lead regional or sector teams and participate in the economics they create locally and internationally.

This opportunity is best suited to entrepreneurial professionals who value ownership, autonomy and long-term participation over traditional fixed compensation structures.
