What you’ll do

• Build and manage a high-velocity institutional pipeline (consultants, OCIOs, public and private pensions, endowments)
• Lead outreach, meetings, and follow-ups; turn first calls into funded mandates
• Own RFPs/DDQs, diligence meetings, and compliance-aligned communications
• Deliver outstanding service to existing clients and ensure timely communication
• Collaborate with the research team to translate our quant research into clear, compelling narratives and materials
• Partner with PMs on product positioning, pricing, and feedback loops
• Review of contractual/legal matters
• Contribute to firm leadership through active participation and cross-team collaboration
• Support the CEO on planning, hiring, strategy execution, and culture-building
