Job Description:

Job Title: Capital Markets PM - Front Office Products

Duration: 12 Months (possible extension or conversion)

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Markets Transformation is working on remediation related to the 2020 Consent Order. The Senior PM/PMO is expected to provide project management support by:

  1. Preparing concise Markets activity/progress reports tailored to the audience
  2. Providing check and challenge on activity/progress reports from other functions
  3. Utilizing best practice PMO methodologies (e.g., maintaining plans, managing risks and issues) suited to stakeholder needs
  4. Driving project results as a representative of Markets
  5. Facilitating remediation-related engagement with Markets product lines
  6. Proactively tracking project progress against goals
  7. Recognizing potential problems early and addressing them effectively
  8. Clearly articulating problems, bringing together the right people to solve issues, and confirming resolution
  9. Communicating project status effectively across stakeholders
  10. Defining, teaching, and enforcing good project management practices
