Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on P&L, expenses, headcount, and other key business metrics, including new reporting to track objectives.
• Manage the deal pipeline with accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts.
• Provide value-added analysis for quarterly reviews and ad-hoc requests, including benchmarking and market trends.
• Analyze external performance and market activity using Dealogic to deliver competitor insights and align fee recognition with league tables.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments (Banking, Compliance, Product Controllers, P&A, Legal, Tax, Technology, HR).
• Lead and support control initiatives with Compliance, Legal, and Control Managers to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with regional teams in EMEA and APAC to share best practices and drive global initiatives and cross-border opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact to support functions to identify, facilitate, and achieve growth opportunities.
