Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 4+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; advanced analytics.
• Ability to translate results into clear narratives.
• Experience with Essbase and multi-source data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports on performance and outlook.
• Analyze quarterly business performance and key drivers versus plan and prior periods.
• Perform competitor benchmarking and summarize implications for leadership discussions.
• Support governance and recovery planning activities and deliverables.
• Build executive-ready presentations and supporting materials for senior management.
• Partner with Business Heads, CFOs, and Controllers to support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to cross-finance strategic initiatives and project workstreams.
• Implement controls to improve accuracy and efficiency of analysis.
• Synthesize data sets into insights, recommendations, and narratives.
• Foster relationships across firmwide finance and lines of business.
