Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Analyst on the Global Corporate Banking team in New York. You will support deal execution, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration across Banking, Payments, Markets, and Credit domains.

You will work with senior bankers and clients to deliver customized financial solutions and drive revenue growth. The role emphasizes analytical work, internal reporting, and regulatory/compliance coordination, with opportunities to interact with senior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials; 2+ years of professional experience in corporate banking, investment banking, credit or payments is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Subsidiary Bankers in managing existing client relationships and developing new client base.
• Coordinate with partners across the firm to develop proficiency across Banking, Payments, Markets, and related products.
• Prepare customized pitch books and marketing materials to generate new business and review client relationships.
• Support deal execution through pricing, documentation negotiation and handoff to implementation teams.
• Prepare internal credit memos and balance sheet models; support credit approvals and documentation processes.
• Maintain internal reports and monitor revenue trends to identify portfolio dynamics.
• Conduct industry, credit, and company analysis from financial statements and investor presentations.
• Assist in pricing analyses and development of pricing strategy for RFPs and new client requests.
• Support client onboarding and KYC processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested.
