Capital Markets Senior Analyst

Our client, a leading and innovative financial services company headquartered in South Carolina, is seeking a Capital Markets Senior Analyst to join their high-performing Treasury team! In this critical role, you’ll help drive capital strategy by supporting debt financing, securitization execution, financial modeling, and lender/investor relations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the review and accuracy of monthly service reports and treasury data infrastructure
  2. Automate and streamline treasury operations and reporting processes using data and technology
  3. Build and present insightful management reporting tools to inform liquidity strategies and leadership decisions
  4. Support the preparation of materials for corporate board meetings, investor relations, and roadshows
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate how internal processes impact funding and capital requirements
  6. Manage debt agreement compliance and covenant tracking
  7. Contribute to asset-liability management through hedging analysis and financial modeling
  8. Conduct research on competitor capital markets activities and performance
  9. Review and analyze legal documentation for all credit and funding agreements
  10. Drive initiatives to reduce the overall cost of funds
  11. Assist with audit processes tied to revolving credit facilities
  12. Support the execution of new securitization transactions
  13. Leverage Excel and SQL to build and maintain treasury reports and capital markets analysis
  14. Design complex SQL tables and stored procedures to support multiple securitization programs

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance or capital markets
  3. Strong experience in SQL and data mining
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  5. Strong academic track record
  6. Experience with Capital Markets or Securitization highly preferred
  7. Must pass pre-employment screening
  8. Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive
  9. Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
  10. Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
  11. Strong organizational and time management skills
  12. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  13. Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  14. High level of integrity and accountability
