The Senior Analyst, Incentive Compensation is responsible for developing, managing, and administering incentive compensation plans for all US-based, customer-facing employees. This role collaborates with key business partners in Sales, Commercial Operations, and Finance, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations North America.
Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will support Insulet's commercial success. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand business processes and possess the technical skills to develop and report insights at all organizational levels. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in driving Insulet's growth over the coming years.
