Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in Capital Markets or related financial services environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate across business, operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution across Capital Markets initiatives.
• Coordinate with business, operations, technology, and downstream stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
• Assist in developing test scripts and validating functionality.
• Track milestones, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
