Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience, ideally in Capital Markets operations.

• Hands‑on experience with requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution across multiple Capital Markets initiatives.

About The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Execution Consultant to support strategic initiatives within a Capital Markets Operations organization. This role will partner closely with business, operations, and technology teams to drive project execution, facilitate communication across stakeholders, and support the successful delivery of regulatory and operational initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of Project Management, Business Analysis, and Capital Markets experience, with the ability to drive initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and user acceptance testing.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills
• Experience driving projects involving business and technology teams
• Hands‑on experience with requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and implementation support
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Nice to Have

• Collateral Management experience
• Confirmations experience
• U.S. Treasury Clearing experience
• Exposure to regulatory initiatives within Capital Markets
• Experience working with cleared products or collateral‑related operational processes
