Qualifications

• The Capital Markets resource attorney must be a licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the practice of representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Keep current on legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Capital Markets practice group.
• Develop topics for client alerts, white papers and external-facing tools.
• Create and maintain internal practice resources to enhance know-how sharing within the group.
• Coordinate with Marketing to formulate Capital Markets branding and presence.
• Assist with coordination of speaking engagements, webinars and materials.
