Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent/similar.
• 3-5 years onboarding experience preferred or related role (KYC/AML, operations, regulations).
• Solid understanding of Capital Markets products (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, OTC Derivatives, Futures, Commodities).
• Understanding of fund management industry is ideal.
• Proficient in MS Excel (macros, lookups) and experience with CRM/onboarding platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage client lifecycle requests for new and existing clients across KYC, AML, Legal, Operations, IT, Credit, Docs, Risk to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain and update status reports on onboarding progress for stakeholders and deadlines.
• Identify and escalate operational control events and deficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies across KYC, risk, and regulatory activities.
• Provide business support for initiatives, documentation, and reporting/metrics.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate onboarding processes.
