Job summary

CSC Capital Markets in Jersey is seeking an Administrator to join the Operations and Data Management team. You will support client onboarding, KYC reviews, and data management across internal systems.

Working with the ACE and Capital markets teams, you will help ensure accurate records, timely information flow, and compliance with regulatory requirements while developing technical knowledge and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background.
• Interest in capital markets, SPVs, and Jersey regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn trusts, companies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to client-facing teams, including onboarding and KYC reviews.
• Maintain accurate client and entity records across internal systems.
• Perform data uploads and routine operational tasks.
• Monitor data quality and resolve operational exceptions.
• Prepare information for statutory filings and regulatory obligations.
• Ensure documentation integrity and confidentiality.
