The role combines analytical rigor with transaction execution and cross-functional leadership to support liquidity strategy and long-term growth, partnering with Treasury, FP&A, lenders, and rating agencies to drive insights and financing transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 5–7+ years of capital markets, structured finance, or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with securitizations, ABS, or consumer lending portfolios preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (cash flow modeling, scenario analysis).
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or data analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capitalize and execute securitization transactions and warehouse facility financings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external partners through transaction lifecycles.
• Structure and evaluate funding strategies to optimize cost of capital.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance including delinquency, defaults, and prepayment trends.
• Prepare and review monthly investor reporting packages for securitizations.
