Job summary

Achieve Lending seeks an experienced Head of Capital Markets to own the multi-year funding roadmap, reporting to the President of Achieve Lending. The role blends investor relations, structured finance, and credit risk to build a world-class, automated capital markets function.

You will lead funding stack design, AI-enabled allocation, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to align issuer needs with borrower demand and capital deployment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior experience in consumer structured finance, investment banking, asset management, or fintech capital markets.
• Proven track record managing programmatic ABS platforms and funding facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering; MBA/CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Achieve’s funding stack across four pillars: Cost of Capital, Certainty of Takeout, Capacity, Resilience.
• Lead AI-enabled Capital Allocation Engine development with best execution and investor allocations.
• Build a unified loan data warehouse and investor reporting portal for dynamic insights.
• Foster cross-functional engagement and align revenue recognition and capital metrics.
• Drive product capabilities for new lending assets and align with investor demand.
