Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking an FP&A professional to develop financial and operational models for the Customer Commitments department, forecasting consolidated results and supporting monthly close. You will create management-level presentations and partner with operations to drive insight.

The role requires an undergraduate degree with 3+ years in financial analysis, preferably in FP&A within a public company; MBA or CPA is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA preferred; 3+ years in financial analysis/accounting.
• Experience with Microsoft D365, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is highly desired.
• Strong written/verbal communication and ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop FP&A models for forecasting income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Create KPI dashboards and management presentations.
• Collaborate with Accounting to analyze variances and forecast impact.
• Support Customer Commitments leadership with financial insights.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes via cross-functional teamwork.
