Qualifications

• 2nd–8th year of relevant capital markets experience.
• Substantive capital markets practice experience.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school.
• Admission to the California Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead core workstreams on sophisticated capital markets transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate principal and ancillary transaction documents.
• Coordinate diligence, signing and closing processes across deal teams.
• Advise clients on transaction structure, execution and risk allocation.
• Collaborate across practices and offices on complex, time-sensitive matters.
