Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of law firm capital markets experience, expertise in securities offerings, and strong drafting/negotiation skills to support complex matters

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Texas Bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Texas Bar.
• 3+ years of law firm experience focused on capital markets or related corporate transactions.
• Experience with IPOs, follow-on offerings, SPACs and other securities offerings.

Responsibilities

• Represent issuers, underwriters, sponsors or financial institutions in capital markets transactions.
• Draft and negotiate offering documents, registration statements and related transaction documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage transaction workstreams.
