Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, seeks a mid-level associate for its Capital Markets practice. This opportunity is available in multiple U.S.

offices, with a preference for Dallas or Houston. Candidates should have about 3–5 years representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings, and must be licensed in the practicing jurisdiction.

Formación

• 3–5 years of capital markets experience.
• Experience representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents.
• IPO, follow-on offerings, private placements experience.
• Licensed and in good standing where you intend to practice.
• Securities Exchange Act reporting experience is a plus.

Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Capital Markets practice. This opportunity is available in multiple U.S. offices, with a preference for Dallas or Houston.

Qualified candidates should have approximately 3-5 years of experience representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in a variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings. Experience advising public companies on Securities Exchange Act reporting and compliance matters is a plus, but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they intend to practice.
