Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in client operations and administration is a plus, but not required for recent graduates.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and time-sensitive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with PC and Excel.
• Able to discuss money movement and account openings with clients.
• Motivated to learn how to use AI for daily workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Support a Client Advisory Team in the communication and implementation of client investment strategies.
• Draft letters of instruction, complete account applications, manager agreements, and fund subscription documents, organize supporting documentation, and coordinate with the Capital Markets Group.
• Act as information provider to accountants, banks, investment managers, and other professionals supporting clients.
• Provide additional support in the quarterly reporting process, specifically in reconciling and reviewing client reports.
