Job summary

Pathstone is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a Client Advisory Team in Denver, assisting with client service, daily operations, and project work. You will help prepare analyses, background materials, and client presentations to support investment strategies.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in financial services or client operations and solid Excel/Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; prior experience in financial management/Client Operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Detail-oriented with time sensitivity; solid PC and Excel skills.
• Comfort discussing money movement and accounts with clients; strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of investments and ESG considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisory Team with client service and daily operations.
• Prepare performance analysis, investment manager background, and client presentation materials.
• Draft letters of instruction, complete account applications, manager agreements and fund subscriptions.
• Assist with quarterly reporting and reconciliation tasks for client reports.
