Pathstone, a nationally recognized advisory firm, seeks a team-oriented professional to support client investment strategies within the Capital Markets Group. You will assist in client service and daily operations, contributing to a growing and diverse team in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, with opportunities to engage with custodians and investment professionals while supporting fund and account operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and client-service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle time-sensitive issues and competing demands.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of investments including mutual funds, SMAs, and alternatives is a plus.

Job Description:

Work in a collaborative environment in the Capital Markets arena.Assist in all manner of client service and daily operations, as well as administrative dutiesand special projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Client Advisory Teams in the communication andimplementation of client investment strategies. Work within the Capital Markets Group and adhere to thefirm’s process and procedures. Act as information provider to custodians, accountants, banks, investment managersand other professionals also supporting clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, quantitative,problem-solving, and client service skills. Being detail-oriented and understanding time-sensitive issuesare extremely important, along with having solid PC and Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel.Being comfortable speaking with industry professionals concerning money movement, accountopenings, trades within accounts, and basic daily operations is a must. They will need to show a positiveattitude and initiative in all aspects of the position, as well as demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks inthe face of competing demands. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important to the role.Basic understanding of investments including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, andalternatives is a plus.
