• The role involves representing companies and/or underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with a focus on the technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors.

• Key responsibilities include managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and workflow requirements for a variety of sophisticated clients.
• Candidates should have prior experience within the capital markets department of a national or international law firm.
