Qualifications

• 2–7 years of capital markets/public securities experience.
• Experience representing companies/underwriters in public offerings incl. IPOs.
• Experience in technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors.
• Experience representing public companies in governance and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in public securities offerings and related transactions.
• Advise on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting requirements.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and workflows for sophisticated clients.
