We specialize in shareholder engagement & solicitation, compensation advisory, governance & sustainability advisory, M&A activism, institutional ownership intelligence, proxy logistics and retail outreach strategies.We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to provide advisory services and analytical support to Investor Relations professionals and Senior Management teams within publicly traded companies. The Analyst will play a key role in producing accurate, timely deliverables, analyzing investor behavior, and contributing to value-added capital market insights for corporate clients. You will also provide support to the internal proxy solicitation advisors (PSA’s) and corporate governance group. This job will offer exposure to institutional investors, public equity markets, and corporate boards. If you’re interested in capital markets, investor behavior, and working directly with corporate leadership, this role offers a unique entry point into high-impact advisory work.**KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES*** Provide clients with data-driven insights on institutional ownership, investor activity, and the drivers of equity market trading.* Analyze institutional investor trends, behaviors, and trading patterns to identify actionable themes.* Produce accurate and timely client deliverables, including daily, periodic, and ad hoc reports.* Update client reports at the conclusion of each trading day to ensure data integrity and relevance.* Prepare and support corporate investor presentations and materials for boards of directors and senior management.* Execute assigned tasks efficiently while keeping the team informed of progress, risks, and potential issues.* Participate in training sessions to continuously develop analytical, technical, and market knowledge.* Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships.* Propose and execute new ideas, analyses, and project work that enhance the value of insights delivered to clients.* Develop proficiency across key data platforms and tools, including Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and Irwin.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.* Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.* Working knowledge of equity markets and institutional investors, experience with platforms such as FactSet, Bloomberg, and Capital IQ *preferred*.* Proven ability to articulate data-driven insights confidently to internal and external stakeholders.* Ability to communicate effectively with clients across varying levels of seniority.* Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and database tools, including MS Office, with a high level of technical and data-handling capability.* Proven ability to absorb, analyze, and interpret large datasets accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and quality of deliverables.* Highly organized and effective at multitasking, prioritizing competing demands, and meeting tight deadlines.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and comfort working directly with clients.* Series 7 and/or Series 63 license(s) *preferred*.
