Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 yrs post-secondary ed in business, public administration, CS/IT, social science, or health; 12 mos exp budgeting/cost projections.
• Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

Responsibilities

• Plan capital improvement projects for ODRC by interviewing stakeholders, developing requirements, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate activities among ODRC departments, institutions, agencies, and consultants to develop and review capital programs.
• Ensure design compliance, plan approvals, and cost estimates; manage risks and schedule during construction.
• Provide site reviews, attend progress meetings, maintain project documentation, review change directives and pay requests.
• Ensure ADA compliance for staff and inmate accommodations and advise on health and safety policies.
