This onsite role oversees capital material strategies, procurement, supplier management, and factory operations for capital projects and equipment, interfacing with senior management and suppliers alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field with 7–10+ years in OSC, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience delivering capital projects and lifecycle management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Role Summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced professional with a background in Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) to join our team as the Capital Growth & Strategy Lead supporting the Land Based Radar Business Area (LTAMDS/GhostEye). This role provides leadership over material strategies, procurement, supplier management and factory operations for capital projects and equipment. This individual must be a self-starter, capable of supporting and executing organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management, as well as supplier management. This will be an onsite role working in either the Andover or Tewksbury, MA office.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the lead for capital OSC activities, advise the OSC management team and the Capital Growth & Strategy leadership on strategies and plans.
• Support development of clear and complete Statement of Work (SOWs) for equipment, tooling, or manufacturing systems.
• Track capital OSC budgets and material forecasting.
• Organize and track project deliverables, Key Performance metrics and any supplier data requirements (schedule, quality, affordability).
• Support supplier selection, proposal evaluation and technical assessments.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans to meet factory/capital team requirements.
• Partner cross functionally with Engineering, Quality and Finance.
• Apply Core concepts to improve departmental, factory related and supplier processes.

Qualifications - Mandatory

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum (10) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum (7) years of experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, or Supplier Management.
• Experience with Capital Projects and Lifecycle.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications - Preferred

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project).
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis or equivalent system.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is 145,600 USD - 276,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
