Job summary
Nestlé USA in Solon, OH, seeks a Capital Engineering Manager to lead capital portfolio governance and execution across factories. You will partner with Factory Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Procurement to ensure investments align with Master Plans and strategic priorities.
You will coach engineering teams, ensure stage-gate and EFCA compliance, and drive safety, quality and cost performance, while building capability and sharing best practices across sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
- PMP certification preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience leading capital projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen and capital budgeting expertise.
- Experience with TPM, NCE, asset management, and CI methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Own capital portfolio governance for assigned factories and categories.
- Drive stage-gate governance and EFCA compliance across project lifecycles.
- Partner with Factory Engineering to support concept development and change management.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and EAC; elevate risks proactively.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, schedule, and governance standards.
- Lead collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
