Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field AND three years' experience providing business analytics to assist in development of business processes and strategy OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional data analytics experience.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes using business analysis and/or user experience research skills.
• Strong facilitation and organization skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
• Demonstrated skills being both an active and adaptive learner, and supportive teacher and coach.

Aufgaben

• Manage the financial operations for OSU's capital program, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, accounting, and reporting.
• Manage and monitor financial management priorities, operating practices, internal controls, and performance standards to ensure capital project financial operations comply with institutional, state, federal, and sponsor requirements.
• Provide direct supervision of classified staff responsible for financial, accounting, and project operations within the functional area.
• Serve as the functional resource for the Workday Projects module and related financial systems for the assigned functional area.
• Monitor system processes and data to ensure accurate and reliable financial and project information.
