Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in report management, business analytics, finance, business administration, information systems, or related field.
• At least two years of experience with finance, budget, HR, or administrative systems and report development tools.
• Understanding of budget, finance, accounting, or admin business processes and how data supports decision‑making.
• Proficiency in analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving tasks.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of data with accuracy.
• Ability to translate business requirements into operational reporting solutions.
• Ability to communicate reporting outcomes clearly to users with varying levels of budget, finance, and Workday experience.
