• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant work experience
• Experience in construction project management and budget oversight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit funding requests for capital construction projects and track their approval.
• Process invoices, monitor payments, and ensure proper contract execution.
• Collaborate with PMs/OPMs on monthly reporting and executive summaries.
• Maintain data integrity across financial systems and project records.
• Support closeout processes for capital construction projects and audits.
