Job summary

Oregon State Credit Union seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to partner with cross-functional leaders, drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, and enhance ALM practices across the organization. You will influence strategic decisions and strengthen financial planning capabilities.

Role offers hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to impact financial health and long-term success within the credit union. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in FP&A are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and ALM.
• Experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and forecasting cycles.
• Develop financial models and ALM analyses to guide decision making.
• Provide forward-looking insights to support long-term growth and risk management.
• Collaborate with leaders to align financial plans with strategic objectives and improve reporting capabilities.
