Blue-Bridge-People is seeking a Technical Project Manager to guide the quotation, execution, and delivery of capital equipment projects for the pulp & paper and industrial manufacturing sectors. Based in Auburn, MA, this on-site role works across sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and customers to bring complex equipment from concept through installation and final acceptance.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background and 2–8 years in project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 2–8 years of experience in project management, applications engineering, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or capital equipment delivery.
• Exposure to cost estimating, quotations, or pricing activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed capital equipment quotations from technical specs and customer requirements.
• Prepare project cost estimates and support pricing to meet margin objectives.
• Manage capital equipment projects from quotation through installation and final acceptance.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned projects and coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Customer Service.
• Track schedules, budgets, margins, and deliverables; lead weekly status reviews.
