Job summary

BW Papersystems is looking for a highly motivated Project Management Leader to manage and execute new equipment projects for the corrugating product line. This role involves guiding a project management team, achieving project objectives, and ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and over 8 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of Project Managers.
• Formal project management training or certification e.g., PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution and client coordination across the company.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and schedule clearly.
• Ensure project management playbooks and standards are followed.
