Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Mahwah, NJ to drive capital equipment projects from initiation through implementation.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, facilities and suppliers, maintain schedules, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role also supports equipment installations and qualification activities to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional capital equipment and manufacturing projects from initiation to implementation.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing environment (preferably medical device).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, facilities, supply chain and external vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain schedules; track milestones and risks.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support equipment installations, qualification activities, production readiness, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with outside vendors for new equipment purchases.
