Keystone Distinction Group seeks an experienced Capital Equipment Order-to-Cash Manager to lead the end-to-end capital equipment process from order to revenue recognition. The role requires strong leadership, ERP knowledge, and collaboration with Sales, Accounting, Vendors, and IT.

The ideal candidate will manage a team, optimize workflows in ERP, and ensure accurate invoicing, pricing, and compliance across AR/AP and GL while maintaining a customer-focused, risk-aware operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in order-to-cash/ revenue cycle or related function.
• Proven ability to lead and balance workloads of an operational team.
• Strong understanding of ERP-driven financial workflows.
• Experience with sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, AR/AP, and GL.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, train, and develop the Capital Order-to-Revenue team.
• Oversee capital equipment transactions from customer order to revenue recognition.
• Monitor order volume, complexity, deadlines, and team capacity.
• Establish priorities to meet customer and business commitments.
• Develop and track KPIs for accuracy, timeliness, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Vendors, IT and others to resolve issues.
• Ensure procurement activities, including vendor coordination and PO approvals, comply with contracts.
• Apply accounting principles related to AR, AP, GL, invoicing, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, controls, and company procedures.
