Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 5+ years of management experience in order-to-cash / order-to-revenue or related functions.
• Experience leading and balancing workload of an operational team.
• Strong ERP-driven financial and transactional workflow understanding.
• Experience with orders, POs, invoicing, AR/AP, GL and contracts terms.
• ERP platform experience in O2C/O2R processes.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret customer, vendor, and contractual terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to build relationships across Sales, Accounting, IT, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Capital Order-to-Revenue team.
• Drive a customer-first approach across capital equipment order lifecycle.
• Oversee end-to-end capital equipment transactions from order to revenue.
• Monitor order volume, complexity, deadlines, and team capacity.
• Set priorities to meet customer and business commitments.
• Track KPIs for accuracy, timeliness, productivity, and CX.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Vendors, IT, and others to resolve issues.
• Oversee procurement activities and PO approvals.
• Apply accounting principles across AR/AP/GL and invoicing.
• Ensure transactions align with contracts, controls, and policies.
• Identify and manage financial/operational risks (deadlines, costs, terms).
• Oversee use of Dynamics 365 F&O in O2R process.
• Be SME for D365 F&O related to capital orders.
• Partner with Accounting/IT on system issues and enhancements.
• Document and improve processes, controls, and workflows.
• Own escalation handling to minimize customer/financial impact.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
