Software Placement Group in Windsor, CT is seeking a Capital Equipment Order-to-Cash Manager to lead the team responsible for capital equipment transactions from customer order through procurement, invoicing, and revenue recognition. You will blend people leadership with accounting knowledge and ERP-driven operations to ensure accurate, efficient order processing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business/finance.
5+ years of management experience in order-to-cash or related function.
Strong understanding of ERP-driven financial and transactional workflows.
Experience with sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, AR/AP, and GL.

Responsibilities

Lead the Capital Order-to-Revenue team and mentor staff.
Oversee end-to-end capital equipment orders from quote to revenue recognition.
Monitor volume, complexity, deadlines, and team capacity to meet commitments.
Track KPIs for accuracy, timeliness, productivity, and customer experience.
Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Vendors, IT to resolve issues and improve processes.
Manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and contract compliance.
Ensure compliance with contracts, financial controls, and company policies.
