Job summary

Ilocatum in Windsor, CT seeks an experienced Capital Equipment Order-to-Cash Manager to lead the order-to-cash lifecycle for capital equipment, from customer order through procurement, invoicing and revenue recognition. You will oversee a team, ensure transactional accuracy, and partner with Sales, Accounting, Vendors, and IT.

The role requires a strong background in ERP-driven workflows, MS Dynamics 365 F&O, and advanced Excel, with proven ability to improve processes, manage risk, and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/finance or related field.
• 5+ years of management experience in order-to-cash, order-to-revenue, or related operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in balancing workload of an operational team.
• Strong understanding of ERP-driven financial and transactional workflows.
• Experience managing order-to-cash activities within an ERP platform.
• D365 F&O experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, train, and develop the Order-to-Revenue team.
• Oversee capital equipment transactions from customer order through procurement, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Monitor order volume, deadlines, and team capacity to meet commitments.
• Establish KPIs for accuracy, timeliness, productivity and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, IT and vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, financial controls and procedures.
• Develop and improve operational processes and system workflows.
• Escalate issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
