Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years on owner-side design/construction PM.
• Experience leading capital projects $2M–$50M+ across multiple typologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital construction projects from initiation to close‑out.
