Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus six years of progressively responsible work experience managing projects.
• Knowledge of project accounting, methodologies, and project management principles.
• Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and reviewing program work and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages design, development, and implementation of projects, including defining requirements and staffing.
• Oversees consultant services, negotiates terms and fees, approves deliverables and payments.
• Develops short- and long-range plans, estimates timelines for start-up and completion.
• Monitors and reviews contracts and contractors for compliance and change orders.
• Coordinates reports and correspondence for City Manager's Office, Mayor, and City Council.
