Job summary

Level-Up Companies is seeking a highly organized Project Manager – Project Delivery Support to help deliver and close out an expanding infrastructure program. You will work with construction, operations, finance, and vendors to track milestones, ensure deliverables move forward, and drive customer acceptance.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of PM, project coordination, construction administration, or related field.
• Experience delivering infrastructure programs and coordinating across multiple functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication along with meeting facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project status from kickoff through closeout and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate across Construction, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and PMO.
• Own closeout deliverables, as-builts, site photos, permits, and acceptance packages.
• Track billing milestones and ensure documentation supports invoicing.
• Prepare weekly status reports and governance updates for PMO.
• Identify risks, issues, and required actions and assign owners.
