Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in construction management or related field within last ten years.
• Experience with managing medium to large commercial, industrial or public construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the construction functional area with a peer Manager for capital program.
• Ensures projects comply with district policies and objectives.
• Coordinates construction activities with other departments and staff.
• Develops standards, guidelines, and resolves issues across project lifecycle.
• Reviews bid specs, submittals, schedules, and change orders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field

Master's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
