Qualifications

• Requires VPPA knowledge and compliance experience.
• Seven years of progressively responsible procurement/contract administration experience.
• Experience with construction and architectural/engineering procurement.
• Experience in local government or similarly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• Advise departments on procurement practices to ensure legal compliance.
• Manage solicitation, evaluation, and contract award processes.
• Closeout and vendor performance management per contract terms.
